Consistency is vital in this business and it's important to look at one's structures to remain consistent. We stress that for a business to stay strong and consistent you need to build a lasting structure built on strong foundations.

Alta and I lead by example and instill that same value in our team. This applies for all areas of our business, starting with being our own best customer. From experience we know that downlines will do what they see, not what they are told to do. People follow when you lead by example. We also encourage our team to build a total business by getting people started as Distributors, or even as customers. Having customers and caring for them is as important as having Distributors. We also have a hands-on approach when starting new people off in the business.

Firstly, we check that they have their goals and targets in place. We also hold regular training and Opportunity meetings and recognize people on a monthly basis, which helps Distributors to stay on track. We aim to let Distributors stand on their own feet as soon as possible so that they can start duplicating the NeoLife Business. As we say, "Sponsor, equip and let go"!

We use all the Company Incentives like the 3-in-30, and incentives for Qualified Senior Managers and Fully Qualified Directors and we have some of our own incentives.
