"Thoughts are things," says Napoleon Hill in his Think & Grow Rich book. They are powerful things and when they are mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a burning desire they can be turned into riches.
So, with that in mind, let us all ask ourselves - "How is my thinking - what do I think about - is my thinking filled with fear or filled with hope? Is my thinking affecting my results in my NeoLife Business? How can I improve? Would I like to do business with myself?"

Fear is a lie and comes from limiting beliefs and self-doubt. Fear of rejection, fear of criticism, fear of poverty, fear of ill health etc. All these fears can be dealt with through your mindset and NeoLife Business Opportunity which gives you the answer to a great future. The one thing that we have absolute control over is our thought process. So, the first thing we do in business is ask how. How am I going to find customers, how am I going to develop my team, how can I help people understand? Instead of asking how first, rather ask why first. Why am I doing this? This is a question to get our emotions running. Whereas the how is the doing.
An extreme example: if I were to donate a kidney and focused on the how I wouldn't do it and I would probably quit. But i focused on the why, which would be to keep my child alive, I would do it and would never quit on the idea. The same is true for your why in NeoLife. When your reason is so emotionally charged, the how will fall into place.

CUSTOMERS - The Lifeblood of Your Business

When you believe in your product, and you have a good mindset, you are like a magnet to customers Are you committed to getting to know your products and love using them? Are you committed to converting your household over to the entire NeoLife range? Have you got your own unique story on some of the products? People buy you and your "story" before they buy your product.
Find their need, listen for their needs, remember that most people have a fear of illness, and a desire for well-being. They are often confused by the media and all the choices they have. Move your listeners' hearts with a story, and their feet and wallet will follow.

There are two types of customers - independent and dependant. Be sensitive to what they are and serve them accordingly. I love to link my customers with a buying number so they receive all the discount benefits. Others prefer personal service and connection. Ensure a good follow-up system for reservicing and informing them. Your independent customers often become the source of good Distributors if you are able to develop a trusting relationship.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Know Your Why
The good news is that you are not dead and there is time to grow your business and take it to the next level! You are either growing or dying. Your bank account is either growing or dying. Your team is either growing or dying. Nothing just 'toddles' along - everything is either growing or dying, including one's mind.
Remember to have a strong why - reason bigger than yourself. Have you bought into the NeoLife Purpose "End the Trend of disease and poverty"?
To help your team build, let's begin with asking them why they need to get their 3-in-30, why they need to use the products, why they need to connect with training events, why we need to have a good mindset at meetings. All this creates momentum and leads to growth in everyone's business.
